These Terms of Service govern your use of the Transparency Builders website and our construction services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Service Agreement

  • All projects require a signed written contract before work begins
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated
  • Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by permits, weather, or material availability
  • Change orders must be approved in writing and may affect project cost and timeline

Payment Terms

Payment policies for all projects:

  • Payment schedules are outlined in your individual project contract
  • We accept checks, credit cards, and financing through approved lenders
  • A deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule
  • Final payment is due upon substantial completion and your final walkthrough approval

Warranties & Liability

  • Workmanship is warranted as specified in your project contract
  • Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the homeowner
  • Our liability is limited to the terms specified in your signed contract
  • We maintain general liability and workers compensation insurance on all projects
  • Disputes are resolved through the process outlined in your project contract
